yes most colors can be powder coated, the cost will be the same as the copper verdigris option.

Yes I can do custom sizes to fit a space

Of course they would be more expensive and done on a case by case basis

Are they suitable for outside

All the wall part pieces are made from galvanized sheet metal. But as they have been cut, the edges are a bit more susceptible to rust. They have had a good powder coating cover over all edges. I recommend if outside, they are positioned under cover or under an eve to give protection from the rain.
The wire balls are made from steel and are expected to rust to enhance the rustic look

How are they installed?

There are 4 mounting holes in each piece.
Supplied with color matched pan head screws and plastic toggles for plaster board or concrete.
4x spacers to go between the panel and the wall to minimize marking
